ICNA Relief Canada’s Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP) is a comprehensive initiative designed to nurture leadership skills in young individuals, particularly targeting students in grades 9-12. The program takes a hands-on approach, featuring seminars, workshops, and field projects to develop essential skills such as confidence-building, effective communication, team dynamics, event planning, and resource building.We are thankful to the administration of Al-Amal Academy for providing the space as well as thoughtful lectures by Dr Safdar Khan, Dr Shees Ahmed and Sheikh Omar Al-Bastami.
