Responsibilities
The Finance Officer will support the financial and administrative activities of the "Unity in Diversity: Everyone’s Invited" project.
What is your role and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, tracking expenses, and financial reporting.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing documents.
• Data Entry: Enter financial and administrative data accurately into relevant systems.
• Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Event Coordination: Support the coordination of logistics for events, including vendor management and resource allocation.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, including vendors and community partners, to ensure smooth project operations.

• You are organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are able to maintain positive business relationships with Vendors and partners and resolve concerns that may occur.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment within time constraints.

• Not having a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN); and
• Not being a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada.
